Page 36--Zenzizenzizenzic--David Kowalcyzk

This word has a face
like a meadow flower.
Its smile is somewhat crooked.

Pronouncing this word
is like having an eel
slither down your throat.

Its father is the legendary
Polish nobleman and sorcerer
Pan Twardowski.
Its mother is the Voodoo queen
of New Orleans, the
magical Marie Laveau.

It lives today with its parents
and their coterie of servants
in Southampton, Long Island.

This word firmly believes
you must never
regret anything
that made you smile.
