For Chicagoans Only! but you could get published!

As aspiring mag publishers, we're always happy to help out writers and other aspiring mag publishers. So we squawked with excitement when we heard our friend Ben Folgers was starting a "zine". The eminent Mr. Folgers is calling his embryonic publication "This Paper City", and would like to focus on work from Chicagoans...poetry, prose, even some art. We're in his corner 100%, and since he's just starting out, he needs submissions.
